Firearms will ship within 3-10 working days after we receive your payment and a copy of the Federal Firearms License (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C&R) to which you wish to ship your firearm. Non-firearm orders will be shipped from 3 to 10 days after we receive your payment.
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Please contact the FFL dealer and have them email or fax a copy to us.

King’s Firearms Online is a Federal Firearms Licensee located in Columbia, TN. All firearms ordered directly through our website or a third-party website must be transferred in person at our business premises or through a valid third-party FFL. All firearms not transferred in person at our store will ship to your designated third-party FFL from our store in Columbia, TN.
Payment for online orders may be made via credit card, debit card[, check, or money order]. We DO NOT accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or similar web and app-based services. Charges to your credit or debit card will be reflected as Kings Firearms Gunbroker, Kings Firearms Online Coreware, or Kings Enterprise Inc..
All electronic communications from us will be from an “@kingsfirearms.com” email address.
If you think you purchased a firearm from us but are receiving communications from any other web or email addresses, using any formulation of our name other than “King’s Firearms,” “King’s Online,” “King’s Firearms Online,” or “King’s Firearms and More,” asking you for any other form of payment (like PayPal or Venmo), or claiming any other business address, we did not sell you a firearm and a third party is likely trying to scam you. Internet fraud and scams are real. Bad actors know that many mainstream payment systems are not friendly to firearm businesses and will try to use that to convince you to pay via alternate means. You can report fraud and scams to law enforcement and at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Due to shipping costs all returning firearms that are returning due to no fault on Kings Firearms Online’s behalf will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee as well as the shipping fee to and from the transferring FFL dealership.
We WILL NOT accept back anything that has been dismantled, modified or fired on new firearms/accessories.
You have 3 days to from the time you pick up the firearm at the FFL transfer to inspect the firearm.
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse inventory within 3 - 10 business days.
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee
All accessories, ammo, magazines, optics, etc. that are not attached to the firearm you purchase will NOT be allowed to be shipped to your FFL dealer location. Most dealers do not accept non-firearm items. Please make sure that an adult is at the address you provided at the time of your purchase to sign for your shipment. All shipments from Kings Firearms Online require an adult signature. You may also have these items shipped to your work/different location but you will need to call us to schedule that before your order gets shipped. If your order has shipped already, we WILL NOT be able to stop the shipment and reroute to a new location. If the shipment gets returned to us, you will be responsible for any reship charges.
Other items available for sale not listed on this website include discontinued parts or parts for firearms no longer produced. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding parts for firearms no longer produced (such as Vietnam era upper receiver units, obsolete fire control parts, etc.).

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale.
